Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 700-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project includes a 700 sf addition to the existing park building at Priory Park. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, doors, windows, partitions, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site work. The project also includes a new Splash pad adjacent to the existing park building. The work includes, but is not limited to: site utilities, grading, electrical, plumbing, concrete, and installation of Splash pad fixtures. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General contract (all trades).
