Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,014-square-foot water / sewer project.

Water Reclamation Plant Roofing Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 4:00 PM CT he Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Roof Section A: Removal of existing metal edge and base flashings as indicated on the issued drawings. Fully adhere the cover board as specified and adhere one ply of thermoplastic olefin (TPO) fleece-backed roofing system as specified. Installation of new metal edge and details as noted in the drawings, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Roof Section B: Work shall include removal of the existing roofing system down to the structural concrete. As noted in the drawings, the removal of specified wood nailers along the perimeter and existing penetrations. Plug and seal existing roof drains as noted on the drawings. Install a new cellular lightweight concrete decking system and adhere one ply of thermoplastic olefin (TPO) fleece-backed roofing system as specified. Installation of new metal edge and details as noted in the drawings, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
