Request for Proposals Remodel of the Gymnasium the Seed Public Charter School of Washington, D.c. Is Inviting Firms to Submit Proposals for Remodel of the Gymnasium. Scope It is the intent of this specification to describe the labor and materials necessary to remove and replace Remodel of Gymnasium, which serve the Academic building located at 4300 C Street, SE Washington, D.C. 20019. All required permits and crane costs should be included in the proposal. Existing gas pipe and ductwork to remain in place and be utilized Additionally, proposal should include an option for air purification for all ten systems. Scope of Work The tasks that must be performed in order to replace these units include, but are not limited to, the following: Demo Stage Area, Basketball Floor, Coaches Offices, and Weight Room Remove Lockers from locker rooms Remove Bleachers and replace once Gym floor has been completed Concession Stand build out Prep, patch, paint walls Run plumbing line to the nearest drain for Washer hookup Replace Panel with Glass windows around the Gym/The Contractor will be required to get permits and drawings for this project New sound system Build athletic offices
