Solicitation Number: IFB 223-260 E. Aquarena Springs Dr. Reconstruction IFB Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to the construction of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm sewer system, and pavement markings and signage along E. Aquarena Springs Drive from IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road to River Road. The estimated construction cost for this project, including bid alternative 1 is $874,133.01. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for the August 5, 2024, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
