Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
New Fire Station #2 & Town Hall Offices, 1143 East Inman Parkway, Beloit WI 53511 Bid Packages out for bid are as follows: - 09f Painting; -10 Signage; and -14 Man Lift. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will also be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond as noted in the Bid Documents. Town of Beloit reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Beloit. All bids are to be in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders as noted in the Project Manual. The Owner encourages Minority-Owner business Enterprises (MBE's), Women Business Enterprises (WBE's), and Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRA's) to submit bids.
