PREVAILING WAGE Attention of the Bidders is particularly called to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and the prevailing wage rates to be paid on this project, as determined by the State Department of Labor and Industries. The City of Lowell, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, reserves the right to waive any informality in, to reject any or all bids or to accept the one which appears in the best interest of the City of Lowell. MBE's and WBE's are encouraged to submit proposals. EOE/AA. A. DCAM Certification required A. GC in Waterproofing B. Filed Sub-bid in Plumbing DURATION, TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Contractor shall commence work within five (5) days of the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the OWNER and to fully complete the Contract within time period stipulated in the specifications. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the Special Conditions. Duration: October 1, 2022 to August 18, 2023
