INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR WORK ORDER 320.4 LANEWOOD/DOUGLAS CIRCLE PATHWAY FOR CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO, LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON Engineers Estimate: $1,050,000 SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of approximately 1,500 lineal feet of concrete pathway and curb along Lanewood Street and Douglas Circle including concrete curb ramps and driveway reconstruction. The work also includes tree removal, relocation of water meters, underground utilities and the addition of new catch basins and storm sewer pipe. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be September 20, 2024 and Project Final Completion shall be October 4, 2024. PUBLIC WORKS/PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. This project is subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent. If a Bidder wishes to be personally present at the Bid Opening or if you have accessibility concerns, please contact the Project Manager at least four (4) business days prior to the Bid Opening.
