Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The university is looking for a contractor to take on the work of resolving the water intrusion issues we have been seeing at the Housing Community Center at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Parts of the work includes demo of existing sidewalks and catch basin and replacing with new sidewalks, basins and stoops. Installing new spillway to divert water into ditch area. Extending downspouts from existing building to new storm sewer structure. Landscaping around the worked area. The contract shall be effective on the contract execution date or date a Purchase Order is released and shall run for ONE (1) year from that date.
