Reference Number 0000269963 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/31 05:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/05/16 05:00:00 PM EDT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by FSM Management Group Inc. on behalf of Ottawa International Fuel Facilities Corporation. Qualified contractors are invited to submit Proposals for the installation of two new QFTs, Recover/Slop tank and associated piping in respect of Ottawa Tank Farm for a firm lump-sum price in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope of work includes without limitation the following: Installation of a new 208L Quick Flush Tank (QFT) system inside the tank dike area; Removal and disposal of the existing QFT (T-06) at the pump pad; Installation of a new 208L QFT system on the pump pad area; Removal and disposal of the existing Recovery tank (T-07); Installation of a new 7800L dual compartment Recovery & Slop tank; Removal and disposal of the existing tanks (T-10 & T-11) on the truck loading lanes Installation of a new 1900L Tank on each truck loading lane This would be a swap of the old tank with the new, no change to the piping. Removal of existing small bore carbon steel piping attached to each tank for water withdrawal system; Removal and disposal of existing piping as per demolition drawings; Supply and install new piping for filter, QFT and Recovery tank systems; Tie in new piping to existing systems as per drawings and specifications; For any confined space work the Successful Proponent shall provide for their own safety personnel July 15 2024 - Mobilize/Work Start Date The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to accept any Proposal it considers advantageous.
