Generally, the project consists of grading, installation of approximately 500 LF of RCP storm pipe with sizes ranging from 12" to 18", approximately 750 CY of concrete for sidewalk installation, demolition and removal of existing sidewalk and drainage features, asphalt patching, and related erosion control. Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond. All bonds, sureties and/or cashier checks shall be made payable to Tuscaloosa County for an amount not less than 5 percent of the total bid in the proposal. In no event shall the amount be more than $10,000.00. A Pre-Bid Meeting is not required for this project. Upon submission of proposal, Bidders must submit their Contractor's license number and a copy of said license. Any bid not containing a current license number shall be rejected.
