This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) for vendors and/or firms interested in providing On-Call Potholing Services. This service is for a one (1) year base period Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and one (1) year priced option for (FY26) July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026 (Option one). Questions concerning the On-Call Potholing Services should be directed to the Purchasing Officer at ccwdpurchasingrequests@ccwater.com, referencing RFP#2525 and must be received by 4:00pm, Thursday, May 16, 2024. Responses to all questions received by the due date will be published on CCWD website as an Addendum to the RFP on Thursday, May 23, 2024. CCWD specifically reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of CCWD, and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
