Location: Centre de réadaptation en déficience physique et en déficience intellectuelle et en troubles envahissants du développement d'Amos (Clair foyer), 841 3e Rue Ouest, Amos (Québec) J9T 2T4. Renovation of a bathroom in the Gagnon Pavilion and the replacement of a ventilation unit to put it on the roof. The complete refurbishment consists, but is not limited to, the removal and protection of the client's equipment to be kept, the complete demolition of the siding, the plumbing and electrical, the redoing of the floor, wall and ceiling coverings, all in the context of work in a building with a clientele that lives there. In addition, the work consists of changing the ventilation and air conditioning unit in the Gagnon Pavilion. The new unit will be installed on the roof instead of the attic as the existing one. Structural work is therefore required, and roof patching. Work on the ventilation unit requires access via attic access. The work must be completed no later than 8 weeks after the contract is awarded.
