Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maitland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the demolition of the northbound lane of Southhall Lane from the intersection of Southhall Lane to the intersection of N Lake Destiny Road, and the construction of a 10’ wide multi-use path along the east side of Southhall Lane from the intersection of Southhall Lane to the intersection of N Lake Destiny Road, and then along the south side of N. Lake Destiny Road from the intersection of N. Lake Destiny Road to the west side of the driveway to the Maitland Cemetery. The multi-use path construction includes regrading of the site to accommodate the path, installation of proposed drainage structures and culverts, the modification of existing drainage structures, the adjustment of existing utility manhole lids, valve covers, pull box lids, etc. to proposed grade, as well as sodding of the disturbed areas. It also includes the demolition and reconstruction of the remaining two lanes of Southhall Lane from the intersection of Southhall Lane to the intersection of N Lake Destiny Road. This includes the removal and reconstruction of the existing asphalt, road base, subbase, and pavement markings. It shall also include the installation of replacement signal pavement loops at the intersection of N Lake Destiny Rd and Southhall Lane. This projects also includes the demolition of the existing sidewalk and installation of a proposed multi-use path along N Lake Destiny Road from the southern end of the existing FDOT pedestrian trail to the north side of the intersection of Lucien Way and N Lake Destiny Road. The multi-use path construction includes regrading of the site to accommodate the path, the adjustment of existing utility manhole lids, valve covers, pull box lids, etc. to proposed grade, as well as sodding of the disturbed areas.
