The Project includes asphalt paving, asphalt, grinding, installation of concrete curbs, driveways and sidewalks, installation of concrete pavement, pavement marker installation, temporary traffic control, and other work described, in the construction documents. Engineer's Estimate $1,000,000 to $1,200,000 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit as described on the following page. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by such bid deposit. All proposals must be made upon the forms provided in the Proposal Section of the contract documents. Bidders are hereby informed that the City of SeaTac will utilize Builder's Exchange for distribution of the Bid Documents (i.e., plans, specifications, addenda, and supporting technical reports) for this project. The City of SeaTac does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any Bid Documents distributed by any other source. Bidders assume all responsibility for completeness and accuracy of any Bid Documents received from alternate sources. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit m cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Bidder shall use the bond form included in the contract provisions. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within ten (10) calendar days of notification of intent to award contract, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of SeaTac.
