Reference Number 0000352666 The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services ("Consultant"). HACSC is soliciting proposals for janitorial services to be provided to three (3) commercial office buildings, a 20 unit apartment complex and fourteen (14) apartment site laundry rooms located in Santa Cruz County, as well as provide sporadic and intermittent services related to unit turnovers, bulky furniture dump runs [and overflow projects which maintenance staff may normally handle, for example, such as small furniture assembly, installation of window blinds]. The scope of work contained in this request for proposals is subject to HUD prevailing wage rates. The contract will be awarded based on the proposal which represents the best overall value to HACSC - considering price, technical expertise, past experience, and quality of proposed staffing. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid deadline.
