Renovation of a transportation facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,000-square-foot transportation facility.
Reroofing of the existing "flat roof" areas on the Terminal Building, approximately 50,000 square feet. Complete tear-off and replacement with new insulation, tapered insulation where required, cover board, a single-ply fully adhered membrane roofing along with coping and fascia replacement. Existing lightning protection system attached to the coping will be removed. A new lightning protection system will be attached and integral with the coping replacement. The project shall be complete and ready for final inspection within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the effective date of Notice-to-Proceed.
