The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of (The Department of Waste Resources) is seeking proposals from qualified parties qualified in providing Architectural and Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical) Design Services. Purpose: To obtain proposals from qualified architectural/engineering design firms to deliver the following desired services at the Lamb Canyon Landfill (LCL): Final design and preparation of construction plans and technical specifications for the following proposed facilities at LCL: Approximate 7,500 square-foot Site Operations building. Approximate 630 square-foot pre-fabricated restroom for LCL Waste Recycle Park Facility. Site infrastructure improvements for potable water systems, on-site wastewater systems, site solar power generation and battery energy storage system, and fire suppression for structures as required. Site Operations building to be constructed to LEED Silver certification requirements. Provide geotechnical services for structure foundation design.
