Provide labor and material to remove the defective Copeland compressor/condenser for walk-in freezer 314. 3. Supply a new Copeland scroll compressor/condenser system for walk-in freezer 314. The system shall include a new scroll compressor, water cooled condenser, water regulating valve, and pressure switches. 4. Provide labor and materials to install a new scroll condenser/compressor for walk-in freezer 314, includes new scroll compressor, water cooled condenser, water regulating valve, pressure switches, misc. electrical fittings, misc. copper fittings for the condenser water, liquid line drier and insulation. 5. Supply and install a evaporator fan motor on the north Russell evaporator (208V, single phase, 1/47HP, .6A). 6. Reconnect the electrical, water piping, and charge the system with refrigerant. 7. Test system (set-point to be -15*C: 5*F) and provide warranty documentation. vii. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Net 30 days after receipt of award.
