Attached is a log of all RFIs answered to date CR Number: 2109848 Hudson Valley Community College invites the submission of sealed bids for ATEC Technology Quad-Phase 1 This project is the first phase of construction of a dynamic Technology Quad on the east side of the colleges Troy, NY campus. The project will support the colleges growing programs in automotive technology services, electrical construction and maintenance, heating/air conditioning/refrigeration technical services, welding, and plumbing and pipefitting. The work will be divided into separate prime projects: Contract 2: Fire Protection Construction Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Contract term: 1 year Location: 80 Vandenburgh Ave Troy NY For the purposes of this contract, there is an established goal of 10% female and 5% minority employment.
