The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Landscape Maintenance Services for a period of 12 months at the National Guard Facility known as the Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) located at 11206 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720 with a slated start date of August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, in accordance with the technical specifications. The Prime Contractor for this project must possess and maintain an active CSLB C-27 Landscaping Contractor License for the duration of the contract. For the herbicide and pesticide aspect of the contract, The Prime Contractor or a qualified subcontractor must possess and maintain at least one of the following three licenses issued by the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR): A Maintenance Gardener Pest Control Business License, OR a Pest Control Business License, OR a Qualified Applicator License (in either category A or B).
