Renovation of a municipal facility in Dallas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company. All questions regarding bid documents shall be sent to the same email address. No questions will be answered via telephone. Any questions directed to the City of Dallas, its staff or representative other than architect may result in the solicitor being disqualified from bidding. The Project consists of the renovation of the former Historic 1892 Paulding County Courthouse for use as the new Dallas City Hall. The structure is a load-bearing brick exterior wall with wood truss roof framing. The interior columns and floors were replaced with concrete in a 1985 renovation. The Construction Manager will bid out multiple disciplines of work during the renovation. The complete construction is outlined in the Construction Documents and the Project Manual as prepared by CARTER WATKINS ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. Contracting shall be by means of a Construction Manager with multiple discipline contracts
