The City of Lake Elsinore, hereinafter referred to as the City, is inviting proposals from licensed and qualified general contractors ("Contractor") to construct seven pickle ball courts at two City Parks. Four courts at Serenity Park and three courts at Alberhill Park. City staff will work with the contractor who is awarded to ensure proper placement at each park location. The contractor shall provide all material and labor to construct the pickle ball courts as shown and described in the construction documents in accordance with the approved plans and authorities and requirements.
