Renovation of a manufacturing facility in Portage, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a manufacturing facility.
This project is broken out by phases to maintain facility operation and maintain the timelines the owner expects to follow for equipment procurement AMPI's desired sequencing is available for your review on the overall sheets within each phase. Deviation to this sequence needs to be brought to the owners attention with the bid submittal. Contractors are expected to mobilize by August 8, 2024 with an estimated completion date of January 15, 2025. Contractors are expected to provide a schedule for each phase and overall project for owner review and approval. All questions must be submitted by May 28, 2024. Changes or clarifications to the Contract Documents as a result of questions will be released via written addendum to all bidders on May 31, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the Owner's best interest. The form of agreement will be AIA A101-Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor- Stipulated Sum and AIA A201 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction.
