Award of Contract: June 17, 2024 (Regular Board Meeting) Power Supply Installation for Daktronics Football Scoreboard and Controls from the Press Box to the Scoreboard provide and install a power supply system for the Daktronics football scoreboard located at our Football Stadium. The project involves supplying power and controls from the Press Box to the Scoreboard, ensuring reliable and efficient operation during all events held at the stadium. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Electrical Power Supply: o Design and install electrical wiring and components to provide power to the Daktronics scoreboard. o Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. o Coordinate with Daktronics representatives to ensure compatibility with scoreboard specifications B. Control System Integration: o Integrate power supply with scoreboard control systems to enable remote operation from the press box. o Provide wiring and connections necessary for scoreboard functionality, including score display, timekeeping, and advertisement displays. o Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper integration and functionality. C. Safety and Quality: o Adhere to industry best practices for electrical installations to ensure safety and reliability. o Implement measures to protect equipment from power surges and electrical faults. o Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the integrity of the installation. D. Documentation: o Provide comprehensive documentation including wiring diagrams, schematics, and operation manuals. o Document all components used and provide warranties for materials and workmanship E. Timeline: o The installation must be completed by August 1, 2024. o Provide a detailed project schedule outlining milestones and deadlines. F. Budget: o Bidders must provide a detailed breakdown of costs including materials, labor, and any additional expenses. o Cost proposals should be inclusive of all taxes and fees. 3.
