Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
A new 10' x 20' pre-fabricated metal storage building on a concrete pad at the existing BTW soccer field with all electrical connections associated with the building connecting to the existing service. Chapel Renovation to include the removal of rotted wood siding and sheathing; cleaning of the exterior and interior of the chapel; replacement of damaged wood doors, frames, windows, and window frames; new paint on all exterior surfaces, and removal of overgrowth around the chapel. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Montgomery Public Schools in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. ***Document Note Partial sets will not be available.
