Site work and renovation of a civil project in Penticton, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water and sewer system upgrades primarily for the Okanagan Falls systems. The purpose of these projects is to address priority water or sewer upgrades identified from updated modeling and master plans for the systems. Possible projects may include upgrades of water and sewer mains, new reservoir, and dedicated pumping main, lift station or pumphouse upgrades and well development. TIMELINE: Request for proposal to engage a design qualified consultants services is closed. Preferred proponent is unreleased. Multiple Consultants may be selected in order to meet the design requirements of any given project (water, waste water, etc..) Further update in early 2025, upon approvals.
