Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fulton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Fulton, Missouri is requesting qualifications for the design and construction of one or more outdoor recreational basketball courts. The City's budget for this project is $100,000. The desired dimension for each court is 66 feet by 98 feet with a centered playing surface of 50 feet by 84 feet. The location of these courts is Carver Park, Westminster Avenue, Fulton, MO. The desired playing surface is modular, snap in place tiles over a reinforced concrete floor. The design shall include base and subgrade frost and expansive soil damage prevention; concrete slab material, thickness, reinforcement, finishing, and jointing specifications; lighting and electrical plan; and 10 feet tall fencing and gating plan and detail(s). The construction shall include the listed design elements plus installation of a modular tile court system with markings conforming to the National Federation dimensions for high school play along with two fixed height, inground basketball goals per court. Qualified, interested parties must make an appointment with Parks and Recreations Director Clay Caswell (573-592-3190, prdirector@fultonmo.org) to inspect the site and discuss the project prior to submitting qualifications. The City will score qualifications submitted and effort a contract with the most qualified party.
