This Project generally consists of furnishing and installing an emergency generator, transfer switch, conduit, devices and wiring. Gas service to the generator is included. Bids shall be on a items included on the bid form. The Town of Lloyd has received a grant for the work from NYSDHSES. Compliance with all requirements of the granting agency is included. RFI's will be accepted at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Andrew Learn, PE via email: alearn@cplteam.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Delete: "Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially complete within 180 days from Notice to Proceed and will be completed and ready for final payment with 210 days from Notice to Proceed." Insert: "Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially complete within 545 days from Notice to Proceed and will be completed and ready for final payment with 575 days from Notice to Proceed."
