Renovation of an educational facility in Alpena, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work is described as Including, but not limited to: Base Bid is to replace heating boilers, boiler circulators and all associated piping as indicated on the plans. Include all associated electrical work, boiler venting, and controls. An Additive Bid Alternate is requested to replace four base mounted heating water distribution pumps, additional piping and four primary heating water isolation valves. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or ali bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner.
