Bid No. 21-XXX Project No: 21-XX County Bridge C-253 located on Branched Oak Road, approximately 650' east of NW 19th Street Work performed for services shall include a one (1) year warranty beginning upon completion of services. There shall be an additional one (1) year warranty for defects in services rendered beginning on the date that the defects are corrected Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/22/2024 02:00:00 PM (ET) Questions regarding the meaning, interpretation or clarification of any solicitation provision should be submitted through Ebid under the Questions tab. The Owner is not obligated to respond to questions that are received after the Question Cutoff date and time in Ebid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject the deviations according to the best interests of the Owner. Deviations that are not acceptable to the Owner and not negotiable, may result in the Bidder being deemed as "non-responsive" and rejection of the response. Bid security will be forfeited to the Owner as full liquidated damages, but not as a penalty, if the Bidder fails or refuses to enter a contract on forms provided by the Owner, and/or if the Bidder fails to provide sufficient bonds or insurance within the period as established in this bidding document. The contractor shall commence said work on or after November 1, 2024. This project will be considered a 130 working day project as well as meet any requirements set forth in the "METHOD OF COMPLETION" section. The working day count will be suspended between December 1, 2024 and April 1, 2025
