Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Lake Havasu City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so. This project consists of approximately 9,192 linear feet of small diameter water main upgrades, consisting of 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch diameter pipe within seventeen (17) separate locations within the City with water services and fire hydrants, along with pipe abandonment of existing lines. The work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt concrete pavement removal and replacement, trenching, pipeline construction, concrete placement, domestic lines and fire hydrant improvements, and abandonment of existing lines being taken out of use. QUESTIONS: All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov . To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the abovereferenced email address by June 7, 2024, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum.
