150 / 250 Pedestrian Walkway AE RFQ On behalf of the Governor's Office, the Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA) is issuing the RFQ for The Colorado Sequisemiquicentennial Pedestrian Walkway. The Pedestrian Walkway is a visionary project aimed at connecting three critical pieces of the Civic Center National Historic Landmark, Civic Center Park, Lincoln Veterans Memorial Park and the Colorado State Capitol. These three public spaces are disconnected by Lincoln and Broadway streets. With Colorado's 150th birthday just two years away, Capitol Complex and Civic Center have the opportunity to commemorate such a momentous occasion with a unique, highly functional structure of public art that serves as a narrative canvas, weaving the state's rich heritage of 150 years and before, into a safe and vibrant pathway connecting The State Capitol to Civic Center.
