Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a municipal facility in Baker City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Work includes removal of an existing wall and a portion of a 2nd wall, removal of carpeting in the work area, removal of existing lighting fixtures, receptacles and suspended ceiling, construction of new insulated 2x4 walls enclosing the proposed space, installation of a new door and frame, installation of new electrical circuits, receptacles, switches and 2 led lighting fixtures, preparation of concrete floor and installation of vinyl tile resilient flooring and rubber base molding, installation of a ductless HVAC unit to provide cooling for server room equipment and reinstallation of the ceiling grid and tiles. An existing HVAC supply air register will also have to be relocated. Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC), a non-profit consumer owned electric utility, is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors (Contractor or Contractors) known to be experienced in the construction and modification of commercial office facilities. Physical modifications to OTECs Burns office building are required to create a new server room space. The contractor will provide all services to complete modifications, installations, testing and commissioning to ensure a turn-key project. The Project must be complete by December 31, 2024.
