Reference number : 1849021 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-29 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT 1.1 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for repairs to the envelope and worked metals, Petite-Bourgogne homes (#329), 1998 to 2000, 2356 to 2382, rue St-Antoine Ouest Sud-Ouest Arrondissement. 1.2 The project consists of carrying out all works in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: - Repair of masonry and ornamentation; - Partial repointing of the masonry; - Replacement of doors and windows; - Replacement of exterior stairs and fences. 1.3 The work will be carried out in buildings of 6 multi-family buildings, all having a height of 3 floors and which are made up of a total of 20 housing units intended for families. 1.4 During the work, the accommodation will be occupied. DURATION OF WORK 2.1 According to the current schedule, it is planned that the work will begin upon signature of the letter of commitment, but this date could be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 100 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of commitment.
