This work consists of the Contractor scheduling and conducting a preconstruction meeting prior to beginning work on this contract. Additionally, this work consists of the Contractor providing the Area Engineer a completed list of required submittals. County : Pennington Area Office : Rapid City A Bid Bond Will Not Be Required. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond in the total amount of the contract prior to beginning work on the project as per section 3.5 of the Standard Specifications.
