Site work for a water / sewer project in Oakville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the following work: Construction of improvements, including installation of submersible well pump, ductile iron water main, installation of chlorination treatment, high-contamination by-pass, and booster systems, construction of steel building kit, installation of grinder pump, 1.25" PVC force main with sleeving, %" water service line, connecting to an existing septic tank and nearby water distribution, tank prep/paint, and other related work. One hundred, eighty (180) working days will be allowed to complete the work. Bond Notes: Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. Owner Rights:The Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Questions shall not be responded to immediately but issued to all contractors in the form of an addendum who have attended the pre-bid meeting. Any questions received will not be answered prior to bid closing.
