The project consists of replacing the generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), updating building electric distribution, and associated site work at the Administration Building located at 81 Public Avenue Montrose, PA 18801 AND replacing the UPS at the County Courthouse located at 31 Lake Avenue Montrose, PA 18801, and related work as shown on the construction plans. Susquehanna County Underground Storage Tank Removal Project The project consists of removal of an underground storage tank and all required closeout permitting, located at the County Administration Building 81 Public Avenue Montrose, PA 18801 and related work as shown on the construction plans. Only registered Bidders will be on record to receive Addenda. Notice is hereby given that these projects are a Public Works Project and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L., 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act No. 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963. Bids must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Susquehanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the bidder within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Susquehanna County. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid, Bid Bond, or other approved bid security, Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certificate of Authority for out of state contractors and shall be addressed to Susquehanna County Commissioner's Office, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, "Bid for Susquehanna County Generator and UPS Replacement Project" or "Bid for Susquehanna County Underground Storage Tank Removal Project".
