This Request for Proposals (the "Solicitation") is an invitation by the Manitoba Environment and Climate Change to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for Provision of Mine Site Remediation Services - CLOSURE PLAN BISSETT/NOPIMING - PHASE 2. The Contract is for the remediation of the Clinton Shaft, Jeep Mine Shaft, Apex Shaft, Wolfe Shaft, Gold Seal Shaft, Eldorado#1 Shaft, Eldorado#2 Shaft, Oro Grande Shaft, Tinney Shaft, Gunnar#1 and Gunnar#2 Shaft, Diana (Gem) Mine, and Thomas Boyes Shaft site. The scope of the remedial works generally includes the closure of the mine openings using reinforced concrete caps, backfilling of exploration pits and trenches, regrading of steep slopes of waste rock stockpiles and demolition and disposal of debris. Total Performance October 31, 2026 The amount of the bid bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the Total Price of the Bid excluding Contingency, expressed as a percentage. The Owner may also waive irregularities or reject all or any Bids if, in the sole discretion of the Owner, it is considered to be in the best interests of the Owner to do so.
