Road Grinding: The selected contractor shall conduct milling or grinding of the current road surface (approx. 0.22 Miles) to full depth, ensuring the removal of deteriorated asphalt and preparing a smooth base for the new pavement. 2. Paving with Virgin Asphalt: The contractor shall pave 2.5” (type 2 base) and 1.5” Top (type 4 asphalt) and will not use any recycled asphalt products 3. Shouldering the road: The contractor will apply shoulder material 1’ wide by 4” deep, both sides for the road for .22 miles total length. 4. Surface Preparation: Prior to asphalt application, the contractor shall perform necessary surface preparation activities, including grading and compacting to ensure optimal and performance. 5.
