Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antigo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Erosion control, grading, culvert work, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface, concrete curb & gutter, concrete curb ramps, restoration, permanent signing, pavement markings, finishing items, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The anticipated substantial completion date is October 15, 2024, and final completion date is November 15, 2024. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Commitment to prime contractor performance of at least 30 percent of the original contract amount is required. DBE requirements of Wis DOT 49 CFR part 23 for this project is Discretionary. All required documentation shall be submitted at the bid opening. The project is federally funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). Federal Wage Rates apply. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
