Metal and Aluminum Pipe & Fittings (2) Crushed Stone and (3) Collection and Distribution of Pipe and Fittings with unit prices effective from July 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024. Bids may be held by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award. Official action on this bid will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury within forty-five (45) days. Minority owned firms, women owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Question Deadline 05/21/2024 Bidders, requiring clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents, shall make a written request to the purchasing department at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. Questions/inquiries received within seven (7) days of the bid opening may not be accepted. Any interpretation, correction or change of the Bidding Documents will be made by written Addendum.
