Majority of work occurs on the Second and Third floors of the East Carolina Heart Institute Building. The project includes the conversion of a number of exam rooms to offices and vice versa. A storage room is to be converted into (3) new exam rooms. The second and third floor Nurse's Stations will be modified to allow for additional stations. Minimal Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work to occur to accommodate the new architectural layout.
