Rockingham County Exterior Upgrades to A & E Facility Rockingham County invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by minorityowned businesses, women-owned businesses, and businesses owned by disabled persons. The requirements for submitting a bid are stated in this Request for Proposals. o Pressure wash exterior brick surface (Front, Right Side, Left Side) this area is approximately 6000 sq. ft.
o Pressure wash the front stoop porch and stairs
o Pressure wash side wood handicap ramps and stairs
o Pressure wash fire escapes
o Scrape and wire brush wood window and door exterior trim
o Low-pressure wash and brush white stucco areas
o Remove all organic debris from gutters on the entire building
o Repair gutters as noted in specifications
o Repaint exterior door and window trim
o Repaint exterior stucco
o Repaint exterior white top cap trim on brick walls
o Alternate # 1
o Repaint brick exterior on the Front and Left and Right sides
