The Washington County Fiscal Court is accepting sealed bids for the replacement of the elevator located in the 1816 Courthouse Annex building located at 111 North Cross Main Street, Springfield, KY 40069. Bid requirements include: Non-Proprietary Controller with Serial Communication Submersible Hydraulic Pump Unit with Maxton Valve Heavy Duty Harmonic Door Operations New Car Door Clutches, Infrared Light Curtains, and Gate Switch # 4 Stainless Steel Surface Mount Hall and Car Fixtures New Cartop Inspection Station Absolute Position Landing System New Hall Door Pick-up Rollers, Interlocks, and Reel Closures Permit, Adjusting, and Testing with State Inspector 12 months of free service & warranty on all replaced parts Option: Cab Interior upgrade Interested parties should contact the Judge/Executive's Office at 859-336-5410 or stop by in-person to view existing elevator.
