exterior renovation of 2 Salt Storage Buildings located at: Cedardale Garage, 5505 N. Ruth Rd., Deckerville, MI and Garage 8, 195 S. Campbell Rd., Sandusky, MI for the Sanilac County Road Commission Bids will be awarded pending Board of County Road Commissioners and Michigan Department of Transportation Approval. No fax machine bids will be accepted. Proposals will include General, Mechanical, and Electrical Trades, as required. Bidder will be required to comply with various Federal, State and Local laws. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Information for Bidders, Plans and Specifications. The right is reserved by the Sanilac County Road Commission to accept any proposal and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Sanilac County Road Commission. Each bidder must deposit with his bid: Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid and payable to the Sanilac County Road Commission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
