Renovation of a civil project in San Jacinto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of San Jacinto ("City") has prepared this Request for Proposals ("RFP") and is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms ("Proposers") to provide, source, and implement a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for a potable water system and sewer lift stations, upon the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Project"). All Proposers shall be properly licensed for the performance of the Services in accordance with California law. The City of San Jacinto seeks to replace its current SCADA system, including all hardware and software components. The City's current SCADA system is aging and technical support is no longer available. As a piece of critical infrastructure, the City desires an efficient and secure SCADA solution that allows for future expansion. Funding for this project may be provided by water enterprise funds, state funds, federal funds, and other local funding.
