Description

Renovation of a museum in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,772-square-foot museum.

The project location and scope of work shall be as generally described in the Notice to Bidders The work shall generally consist of providing and installing fire suppression systems in 3 buildings on the Iolani Palace grounds. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractors license classification A. Project scope shall generally consist of installation of Fire Protection Systems and appurtenances in 3 Facilities: Iolani Palace, Old Archives (Kanaina), and Barracks (Halekoa). Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Ozoa, Steve Hiroshi. The estimated cost of construction is $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Apprenticeship agreement preference applies for projects with estimated cost of $250,000 or more Should there be any questions, please refer to the HIePRO solicitation. Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification "A" The project is located at: 'Iolani Palace 364 S. King Street Honolulu, Hawaii The award of the contract, if it is to be awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds.
