Zuniga Jetty Shoal Marine Debris Removal. Question Deadline 05/29/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Scope of Services Service Provider shall provide services to remove 90 identified subsurface items of debris from the Pacific Ocean located within 1,062 nearshore acres east of Zuniga Jetty in the Zuniga Shoals, as identified in Appendix 1. Several of the surveyed debris locations contain more than one item and are identified as debris fields. Retrieved debris will be documented and hauled to a recycler when possible or an appropriate disposal facility permitted by federal and state laws and regulations to accept the debris. Any waste liquids generated will be transferred to storage containers and appropriately disposed at a permitted facility.
