Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on website. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor accounts or access to website. Work will include abandoning the existing utilities and reconstruction of all utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer and culinary water), full construction of the road way, curb, gutter and sidewalk. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $1,303,880.00. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
