Description

Site work and outdoor lighting for a stadium in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for outdoor lighting for a stadium.

City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified Suppliers design, supply, replacement & install of new LED field lights with protective covers for Spruce City Stadium which would include removal of the old light fixtures, brackets, hardware and wooden poles and to be replaced with new poles of the design height for optimum light levels. The potential list of additional sport field lighting installations is as indicated below: Freeman Park – Chuck Cawdell Fastball, complete system. Same RFP as Spruce City. 2025 City Baseball Field – Retro Fit, lights on existing steel poles. 2026 Rotary Baseball Field– Retro Fit, lights on existing steel poles. 2027 North Nechako Slow Pitch Field - Retro Fit, lights on existing steel poles. 2028 Documents can be obtained from https://princegeorge.bidsandtenders.ca/ The Question Deadline has been extended to June 5, 2024.
